Got locked out in Tampa and figured I’d share this in case it helps someone else.
I used a local locksmith from this site:

- Car lockouts and lost car keys
- House / apartment lockouts
- Rekeying locks after tenants move out
- Small business / office locks
The tech came out pretty quickly, told me the total before doing the work and there were no hidden fees at the end.
